Still working on the new design - can’t believe I first previewed it to Patrons 6 weeks ago now!!
But these things take time!
I am so close to it being ready for beta testing! Today I worked on the homepage, which is a really fun page with lots of animation and showcasing all the site has to offer - much better than the current one I think!
(As the animations are pretty key, I won’t share a screenshot of it to Patrons yet, they will have to wait til they see it live 
)
Also today I fixed a bottleneck I didn’t even realise I had, and sped up the test site quite a bit for certain pages - so I copied it across to the live site too 
Oh and added some more missing stories today, some comics, a BBV, some BBC audio dramas.

But… I am going away for another week starting tomorrow (I know!! 
) so that will delay things a bit.

I’ve been quiet on here lately because all my updates have been about the new design, on the Patrons special category.
But here is an update: Everything is going really well, I only have a few small things to do and then I will do a full round of testing with the help of the Patrons.
Aiming to launch a week before Christmas!

It’s been a crazy few days.
- Launched TARDIS Guide V2
- Made the forum snow
- Made an opt-out for the snow
- All users get to Skip Stories
- Lots of hot fixes for little bugs we found on the site, thanks to the Patrons who did a great job Beta Testing!
- New Competition
- Sent out an email blast
- Lots of new members, mainly from Weibo and Tumblr
- Launched first new feature since the new launch, Max Grid
- Not much sleep
- Still need to work on the stats!
