I’m currently watching Buffy The Vampire Slayer
It’s good, isn’t it. Did you know the Doctor Who 2005 revival took direct inspiration from Buffy. And if it helps, I only just started season 5
Whaaaat?! That is spectacular! I watched Buffy as it aired and then rewatched it with my daughter.
Followed. I use it sporadically.
I wondered who that was! I thought it was @JayPea.
We finally started season 2 of Squid Game yesterday. I liked it. But something I don’t like is TV shows that don’t start a season with a recap. It is hard to remember stuff that you saw a long time ago…
Multple Jay’s online.
Jays Assemble!
So many times I’ve had to watch a YouTube season recap for shows.
Yeah and they are also so bad…
Next time I get to the end of a season of a show I’ll create a voicenote synopsis for myself lol
That is a good idea
We did that for a show recently that we hadn’t watched for ages.
Ironically, I can’t for the life of me remember what show it was…
Delta can’t wait for the next series
Randomly put on my Sharpe box set last night. Such a comfort watch for me. Currently on the fourth episode, Sharpe’s Enemy.
Very sorry to hear of the passing of Space: 1999 star Prentis Hancock, who played Paul Morrow in the show’s first (and best) season. He also appeared as a guest star in several classic Doctor Who adventures—playing a reporter in Spearhead from Space, a Thal in Planet of the Daleks, Salamar in Planet of Evil, and the Shrieve Captain in The Ribos Operation.
For my money, though, Hancock’s best role was as the troubled Lt. Ian McDonald in Colditz—a great performance from a fine actor.
R.I.P.
Oh that’s sad. Such a good performance as Salamar.
That’s a shame. I really need to rewatch Space:1999 one of these days. Barely remember most of it by now…
