Lately, I’ve been listening to a ton of audios. It started as a thing I was doing on the weekly commute, of course, but then on the weekend when I want to re-listen to one and really pay attention, I pull out a jigsaw puzzle. Works like a charm - hands and eyes occupied, ears free to enjoy the story.
Watched the Behind the Sofa for Destiny of the Daleks and then watched the one for Talons of Weng-Chiang. I find the Season 17 lineup much more enjoyable than the Season 14 lineup. Nothing against the individuals, but the Peter Purves/Sophie Aldred couch isn’t as entertaining for me as the Colin Baker/Matthew Waterhouse and Katy Manning/Nicola Bryant. The couches with people who were actually there are good on both seasons because of the information they provide.
Yay that’s exciting! (Aren’t you meant to be working? lol)
I was pleasantly surprised to see The Proms show up on iPlayer, but wasn’t able to watch it because I subjected my whole family to too much Doctor Who these past few days (I watched The War Games in Colour, Joy to the World, and Unleashed).
I will watch the proms either tomorrow or another day because today I am going to my sisters to spend some time with her family. My niece and nephew watched Joy to the World so I’ll see what they think of it!
It’s a Christmas episode! And I haven’t watched it! And I’m trying to watch all extra New Who stuff I haven’t seen so that I can rate them for the guide!
