Me too!
I’m up to speed with 15th Doctor novels, but have a distinct gap for 13 (and, to a lesser extent, 12).

Completely misread the number, whoops! Serves me right for replying to posts before caffeine Can’t say I’ve read any 13 books, alas
If Thirteen is mentioned you know I’ll have something to say
I’ve read her three NSAs, and I’d say they’re a very solid run of high quality stories.
I have written an actual Guide for the main site about Thirteen’s EU also!
Echoing The Good Doctor probably the most famous one and by Writer Juno Dawson no less, who is writing the next Episode!
I also thought The Secret Vault 13 and Paper Moon were very enjoyable!
There are more very sweet quick reads with her be it Dr. Thirteenth or The Runaway Tardis and while nice, I am guessing you want something longer!
Indeed! There is a lot that I love about this and I do rate it highly for Davisons Run! Just an excellent Story through and through.
I quite enjoyed Molten Heart, and At Childhood’s End seems to be popular
Does anyone have any recommendations for TV episodes/books/short stories/audios/comics that show the body horror aspect of the Cybermen (to an extent; I’m not expecting for there to be anything that’s solidly in the horror genre) and doesn’t just portray them as a generic robot army?
The Harvest (Hex’s first story) does some interesting things with the Cybermen.
Spare Parts is one of the best Cybermen stories and definitely doesn’t portray them as generic robots. It’s dark and pretty horrifying.
Does Dark Water count? It’s been a while since I’ve seen it, but I remember being pretty taken aback by some parts of it. Attack of the Cybermen also.
Sins of the Flesh is a pretty good one, alongside Spare Parts
(Although it’s been YEARS since I read the books, they’re pretty good Cybermen stories, I seem to remember).
Thank you so much! These look interesting!
The Quintessence does a pretty good Job at it! It’s a 6 Part Audio, but such a brilliant one!
Thank you!
Post must be at least 12 characters: Donna Noble, Wilfred Mott, Sarah Jane Smith, the Doctor, River Song, Clyde Langer, Jenny Flint, Scoot, Amy Pond, Martha Jones, the Trickster, Belinda Chandra
I’m going on a long car journey to England in a couple of weeks, and I’m going to get some audios to listen to on the way.
As someone fairly new to Big Finish though, I have no clue what to choose!
So I’d love some help from Big Finish fans to help me decide on some audios!
Oooh well what do you have that you haven’t heard? i think there’s some sales on rn too!
I’m pretty sure I’ve listened to all of my (tiny) audio collection.
I do have a rough idea of the kind of audios I want to listen to though!
What ranges would you wanna try can help recommend that way!
What kind is that then? Any idea on doctor or genre or if you want standalones or full series?
I’d most like to try out some Main Range stuff (especially Six and Eight), maybe some spin-offs, and I’m interested in some of the Modern Doctor stuff.
