Yeah, same here, I love Clara, but she is very much 12’s main Companion. Can’t really give an answer, but my Guess is they focus more on this pairing since it was less exposure in the TV Tenure than 11 and the Ponds. Might seem a bit “odd” of an Answer, but it’s nothing new for the EU to do, I mean Sarah and Three was much more used in the EU for a while than Jo and 3. Very much a speculation and maybe one that is totally misplaced, but hey it’s worth a guess!
Not exactly sure, he is fairly popular and especially now quite beloved again. Then again to be fair, BF not too long ago released 1-2 Boxsets with him every year, which is at least something. But yeah, no Idea why they don’t do that much with him as of current, perhaps being a bit quieter since when his tenure was on, he got plenty of stories? Not sure, seems odd.

Other than, while I am always for support of BF, you can find a few physical copies of some of their Plays on eBay directly from second hand in Germany. While the Choices are sadly not very big, I highly recommend giving it a try, since there are some really nice prices for some older plays, which I doubt you could buy physical from BF anyway (just gotta search for Doctor Who and go to “Hörspiele” in terms of Categories, they are usually listed that way over here).
Now the BBC is junking even Comics.. How dare they?!

I have a question about the EDA books. How are they in style? Are they a bit like the VNA or more like the NSA?

Much more like the Virgin New Adventures than the New Series stuff. Targetted very much at the same Wilderness years demongraphic (whereas the NSA were targetted at a younger audience due to the popularity of the series at that point). The EDAs can be extremely dense reads.

Have there been any instances in the EU of the master coming up against- or besides- or, god, sure, beneath- vampires? Curious what would their take on the Time Lord’s other ancient, hereditary enemy would be. Daleks are easy to disdain, but vampires… the master likes being goth and chasing eternal life, but they’re also judgmental in rather time-lordish ways.

Not heard it so can’t really say much asides from the title having vampires in it. Really wanna hear this trilogy someday, its part 2 of a 3 part MR trilogy.
