This is similar to how Titan often has other incarnations of the Doctor briefly pop up for a panel or two, usually as projections or flashback scenes or something. It’s difficult to determine whether they are mere cameos or “real” appearances.
Exactly. I think that a flashback should be added. But I think that it is harder with projections. Because Jackie was not there. But I think that she would have been added if it was a TV episode because Camille Coduri would have been there. Is Rose in Day of the Doctor?
No, but The Moment, played by Billie Piper, is. Different character, same actor
Then I think that Jackie is not in the story above. Thanks
@shauny, @Jamie submitted a youtube link and a facebook link for iplayer link in the suggestion box. I’m not sure whether to approve or deny. There’s no box for social media links
Personally, I wouldn’t approve links that aren’t iPlayer links in the iPlayer link field. That could cause confusion if a user clicks it and gets taken somewhere else.
It could be submitted using the old suggestion form, at least for the YouTube one.
It’s because I saw we do have YouTube links on other stories so that’s why!
I think we should have another box for these social media links
Agree! I just didn’t know where to put it so went there.
Ah yeah please don’t approve those, there are different boxes for those. I need to make them editable. I’ll work on that!!
Just looking at this. I noticed recently this artist is now credited on BF as Soundsmyth Creative so maybe we should re-name them as such?
Yeah, that’s a conundrum. It’s Caroline Tankersley everywhere else I could find by googling (the wiki, IMDb, Instagram, etc.), so I don’t know which one it’s supposed to be.
If you look up Caroline Tankersley on the TARDIS wiki:
At the bottom is an official Twitter account link:
https://x.com/soundsmythprod
That says Soundsmythprod for the username… and lists:
“Ash T || Photoshop Artist || Massive Dr. Who fan (unfortunately) || canonical Third, Fourth, and Sixth Doctor”
I’m tending towards going with Soundsmyth or Ash. The interview link also says Ash.
Definitely think its always worth going with what they’re credited as on BF so yeah, Soundsmyth!
Yeah, kinda feeling like we’re dealing with a deadname here for the previous ones…
Also, over on soundcloud, Soundsmyth Productions is under Marshall Tankersley, and has some good Doctor Who theme covers.
Is it worth having a note that when submitting an audio duration edit that interviews arent included? I was looking at some War Master stories and they’re really a lot longer because interviews are included.
Yeah, interviews shouldn’t be included in the length!
