The thing about Leela/Narvin is that it doesn’t work for me without Romana. I am of course a Leela/Romana fan forever but the thing is, it’s ot3 if I’m being honest. The three of them are just so entwined - it doesn’t matter what name or label you give their relationship, they just are the three of them forever. Especially after s4 they just get sooo codependent and it’s like taking one of them away is just cruel. (haha. haha.)
they are the ot3 to me. They care about each other so much and in such terrible ways and I love it. (I am not looking forward to Romana being gone however it happens)
You still have a fair few episodes yet, do not worry. I don’t want to spoil anything for you but she continues being excellent through Time War.
I’ve looked up on the guide which episodes she’s listed in, so I do know how far she’s in it (though of course, I have no idea what form that takes or if any are alternate versions or flashbacks or whatever), but for the next few weeks I will be living in a wonderful reality where she is meddling around on Gallifrey as coordinator with Narvin and Leela and Ace, and the Time War can’t hurt them

In WR2 only?! That’s way later than I would’ve thought. If you’d asked me right after listening when I thought they made that up I would’ve guessed like around enemy lines or early time war probably, it didn’t feel like a super early invention, and obviously it hasn’t come up since. But that is so late however did you survive?
I suppose it’s fair though, he’s never actually been a president(ial candidate) after all, which appears to be the main reason for using the full names
I enjoy the idea that full full names are for children in trouble and presidents only. Everyone else has them on a looming certificate in a closet somewhere and never uses them
I absolutely love this idea and it makes a lot of sense but most importantly it makes Romana even more delightfully weird. Because she introduces herself with her full name to the doctor, emphasizing just how young she is and also that she’s got very high aspirations if she thinks that’s the name people need to know of her
Weapon of Choice - 8/10 - A solid start to Gallifrey,Leela,Romana II and Narvin are great,really loved Braxiatel too,also I like how K9 splits into 2 in this story lol,idk what else to add,but I do like how Romana II comes to Grybon to save them,really good stuff.
