Oof, really hard now.

My reasoning - I just don’t think Spooner should be in last place and Whittaker can afford it, while at the same time thinking Lucarotti should be ahead of DW.

Incidentally, this has happened a couple of times. The board says my last post was 20h ago but I still have to wait to post again, sometimes half an hour… I assumed that it wouldn’t say ‘20h’ until it had actually ticked over the 20 hours?

I think that it rounds up the last half hour. If you press on 20h you will get an exact time of posting.

It’s actually something those of us that are mods have to be really careful about, too, because we aren’t actually affected by the 20 hour limiter, since we have to be able to moderate the thread. Any time I play one of these games, I always scroll back to my last post, and if it says 20h, hover over it with my mouse so it tells me the time of the post…

I knew I’d lose the Strutton battle but at least he lasted longer than others. Cotton has to be next to go because, sorry but I just don’t like either of his scripts. Whitaker deserves credit for how his vision and skill is all over those early days.

I agree that Cotton should be next. He’s not on the same level with the other three. Also, upvoted Lucarotti to give the final three an sequal amount of points as we head towards the semi final.

I just realised that David Whitaker, the very first script editor of Doctor Who, shares the same initials as the show. That’s pretty cool!

I love Lucarotti’s stories, but Whitaker’s the Guv’nor of his era. Moreover, both Whitaker and Spooner got Doctor Who (as a whole) better.
