I’m torn by this one. So beautiful and clever at times, genuinely calling the Doctor out on past misdeeds (i.e. taking Donna’s agency and memory). I adore the concept of the Cloister Wraiths but am frustrated that they don’t really get to feature much. It is, in many ways, genuinely very good and yet… it doesn’t quite work for me.

I’m more surprised that this is a fairly middle ground take on the episode. Usually people either love it or despise it.
