In one for me. One of my all time favourites, a true stone cold classic. Utterly sensational and heartbreaking!! Pure happenstance that I’ve recently watched this, but I do know it so very very well. “Don’t tell me, the hospital’s back. Well isn’t that wizard!”

Two. I fell for the misdirection in image one, especially as it looked like Tennant’s head in the foreground, but once that was wrong, there was really only one clear contender.
