While we await Ncuti Gatwa’s second series…
Doesn’t necessarily have to be the one you think is the best, but which is your favourite second season?
It’s honestly so hard to pick just one, but in the end I went with Series 12
Torn between 25 and 23 here though I do have a lot of love for series 3 as well
Seasons 13 and 25 are hard to argue against, but went with the former because I guess that the latter is going to get more love.
Season 25 is great, but 35 is my favourite season of all time, so it’s a fairly easy call.
Tricky pick but went with Hartnell’s season 2 - The Romans, The Time Meddler, The Rescue, The Space Museum and yes, The Web Planet and The Chase. So much to enjoy in that season and a show really exploring what it can do.
Capaldi’s second series has some of the best Doctor Who ever put to television, in my opinion. That being said, it was a close win over McCoy’s s25 (very strong serials, and some banging clown designs in The Greatest Show in the Galaxy)
I do also have a fondness for Pertwee’s second series, mostly because I enjoy Roger Delgado as the Master and the joy of s8 is that he’s always going to show up sooner or later
Gotta go Series 9, but seasons 2, 13, and 25 are not far behind.
Season 13 for me,its def the best Tom’s season and no season comes close to it : 14 is good but weak first half 15 is very weak season,16 just has half good half shit and 17 is mostly bad stories,18 is pretty good tho.
Series 3. Because I love Martha. And also because it’s just solid and a step up from Series 2.
I actually prefer the later Tom stuff to his early stuff. Invasion of Time is one of my favorites.
That’s a tricky Question. I love Series 9, I adore Season 25 and 13, and I really do like Season 5. That said I am going with Season 2 for this Round.
I was beginning to think that no-one in the world other than me loved The Invasion of Time! It’s such a fun story, I find its portrayal of Gallifrey so interesting and of course it sets up the audios.
Invasion is a lot of fun. The chemistry between the Doctor and Borusa, so many great lines, the twist two third of the way through, the TARDIS interiors. Yeah, the end with Leela doesn’t work that well, but it gave us the setup for the Gallifrey audio series. It’s just so much fun.
Series 9. It’s one of my favorite series with really great episodes.
Just chiming in to say I love The Invasion of Time too! 
Season 13 for me, here. Pure class. Even the weak stories are fantastically entertaining and atmospheric. The best are stellar! I have huge fondness for Tennant’s second season too (series three) as I feel this was where the Tennant era really found it’s feet. It’s underrated in my book, and a very strong season.
As a true fan of the Graham Williams era, happy to say I love The Invasion of Time too. 
As a detractor of the Graham Williams era, Invasion of Time is decent for most of the first half.
