I’m doing a write-in ballot: The Two Doctors and A Fix With Sontarans. Beside T2D, the only other one I’ve seen on the list is The Sontaran Experiment and I wouldn’t say it’s a favorite.

The Time Warrior and War of the Sontarans - easiest choice ever.
The Sontaran Experiment is okay but a bit inconsequential; The Invasion of Time is risible and The Two Doctors is okay but doesn’t really do the Sontarans properly (why are they so TALL). TSS/TPS is also good but I haven’t seen it since broadcast.

I’m always surprised by how much I enjoy The Sontaran Stratagem / The Poison Sky. It’s a really solid story. And The Time Warrior is so fun!

Here’s my controversial opinion: The Invasion of Time is really good, actually.
I also love The Time Warrior, War of the Sontarans, and The Sontaran Experiment.

Because I haven’t seen any Classic Sontaran episodes, and I need a minimum of 2 votes, I’m instead going to cheat and say my favourite TV Sontaran episodes are War of the Sontarans, and any episode with Strax in it (yes that counts, I did say I would cheat 
).

War of the Sontarans and the Time Warrior. If I could choose another one it would be Sontaran Experiment, yes it’s not one that’s talk about all that much but I kinda love it . The Invasion of Time has its charm as well, but I don’t think it’s as good as the other two Stories I mentioned.
The less said about the two doctors and the sontaran stratagem/poison sky the better for me.. /lh

Time Warrior and War Of The Sontarans. Admittedly, I like TW more because of Rubeish more than anything else (oh and introducing Sarah Jane too ig /j), but WOTS is my pick for the most fun Sontarans have ever been on-screen.

It’s definitely The Time Warrior and War Of The Sontarans for me, those are both excellent. The others are all in a kind of “they’re pretty okay” clump in my head, I do like The Sontaran Experiment the most out of the rest, and there’s plenty I like about Invasion Of Time. Sontaran Stratagem isn’t one I like that much, I’m afraid, and The Two Doctors is just…so weird. I’m always happy for more Troughton (& Jamie!!), but that story really tests whether I mean that or not haha

@deltaandthebannermen, you speak truth. 
For various reasons, I shall ever be fond of:
The Sontaran Experiment: The first story I saw - still remember my mother telling my father off because she thought it would give me nightmares!; and
The Invasion of Time: It’s a mess but has so many excellent ideas, plus Tom being genuinely unsettling (has he betrayed Gallifrey? Of course not, but he plays it so well!). Oh, and my favourite incarnation of Borusa. John Arnatt was delightful in the role! (C’mon @deltaandthebannermen - you cannot deny it! )
But I cannot deny that The Time Warrior and War of the Sontarans are far superior. Indeed, War is one of my favourite revival appearances of an old favourite. It’s…
