A place called Strängnäs! Uhmm, this one begins straight after Revolution Man’, so knowing more or less what happened in that one would help, particularly at the end, since the two companions just had a fight and the Doctor is out of sorts for spoilery reasons.
That is a real place! I want to read it now. But I dont like to read stuff out of order…
I’ve obviously forgotten all that!
Interesting. I did a lot of research around Scandinavian settings in Who for the badge idea I had a while back but don’t think I ever came across this.
The question is, why Strängnäs of all plcaes…
Really loving the Rogue audiobook only a chapter in! Dan Starkey is VERY good at voices; what do you mean this isn’t Jonathan Groff!?
It is definitely the best of the 15 Doctors Target books.
Started Plague of the Cybermen as I wanted some Eleventh Doctor and a Cybermen novel. Couple chapters in and its good so far.
Not a book but
I’m currently reading the TARDIS guide forum
It’s the only Doctor Who story you will never complete 100%
Not with that attitude
And so is everyone who reads this comment!
Actually you can! (For five Minutes perhaps..)
To stay on topic: Currently reading Beltempest for the EDAs, Venusian Lullaby for the MAs and Timewyrm 1 for the VNA/The Book Club, which I should get caught up with probably!
The best one is so far Venusian Lullaby, if one is curious, granted I haven’t read much of Timewyrm, Peel Books can take me AGES
Oh yeah, I remember reading that. Cracking good stuff!
I found it a bit dull in the middle but it picked up towards the end…
I believe it has way too many characters and side plots and plot twists! Also, some characters are just so booooring, like that one British teacher whose name escapes me now…
He was one of the best Character! Much better than this secret Society that just kinda came in some Chapters and invades the Story! Seriously, what did Dicks thought when he just stopped the Story, so a Character could talk about something unrelated and go off-topic?!
Yeah, it’s safe to say I am not a fan of the Scandi Super Club
Oh, I meant the other Secret Society! Really confusing how they have like at least 5 of those secret Clubs!
But we like you
Oh, but that’s the fun one! The Secret Scottish Club of Scots is my least favourite because I can’t understand what they are saying!
Well, that and The Club of the Ten Tennants, which made me want to quit the book!
