Remembrance of the Daleks novelisation. But in German, so actually it’s Die Hand des Omega novelisation

My first ever book in German. I’m about 3/5 in and I’m really enjoying it! And I understand almost everything!

Finished Managra a while back. It’s got a very out-there setting going for it (replicas of historical figures on a patchwork of many european eras, a.k.a. Cloney Island on a continental scale) as well as some trippy sequences involving the villain, but it suffers from having too many characters that all sound basically the same and sideplots that are hard to follow. A bit of a slog, but it had its moments.

Since then I’ve also been going through Scratchman, the book (allegedly) written by Tom Baker himself, and I’m enjoying this one a lot more.

New Beginnings (13th Doctor comic book) and a non doctor who book, Skyward Flight: The Collection by Brandon Sanderson. I got them from my local library. I’ve read the 13th Doctor novels and I remember enjoying them so I hope that the comic is also good.

Sorry, but the way he writes he is just painful to me.

Finally finished Ten Days of Christmas. It’s not a long read, but I took a long time, as my attention’s been elsewhere this month. Being a Christmas collection, it’s very much on the feel-good side of things, and there are some lovely stories with some lovely moments in it, and if you haven’t seen spoilers, a few nice surprises. I particularly like the element brought back in The Big Store myself.

Read most of The Flood (the fourth DWM Eighth Doctor comic collection). Plan on finishing it with the titular story tonight.
