I use it quite a bit because I’m often trying to just look at like what stories are in some specific set of filters and it’s much better to be able to see them all on one page. It was actually always kinda annoying to me that I couldn’t just set one of the larger options as a default as I pretty much always just prefer to have more on one page

Yeah, I always set it to 120 because then I’m not clicking through hundreds of pages every few seconds and can just scroll through several stories. At least make the arbitrary number that it’s stuck on a multiple of 3, that little gap at the end of each page is a little annoying.

That depends on your screen size though, as it can show 2-up or 3-up depending on how big your screen is.

OK I’ve returned the per-page setting, default is 24 but it goes up to 120 again, only for logged-in users.
A future feature will be to change the default!

Forgot to update this again!
Past few days:
I spent many hours working on a huge rewrite of most of the pages to facilitate better caching of filter pages. The results aren’t as snappy as I’d hoped BUT sometimes when going back and forward pages or sorting and going back it is super fast. Should definitely help with site resources.
Then I rebuilt the “Followers” feature, for boring and money saving reasons (I was using a plugin, now it’s all home-grown). It will also allow me to do more things in the future. One thing I’ve already added is a little message if the person you’re viewing follows you.
I’ve removed the emails (“So and so just followed you!”) as they weren’t very helpful and a bit spammy. I’m eventually going to have a better notifications system.
Lots of behind the scenes stuff! Thankless tasks lol

Not been feeling great the last couple days so even though I had time to work on the site, just can’t really focus. Meh.
So I’ve just been jumping in and out of things, doing little tasks on my list, no energy to start something big at the moment

Finally feeling a bit better, I went to start importing some spreadsheets but TARDIS Wiki is down.
And now we have a powercut. Luckily I use a laptop, and never do any work on a desktop, so I didn’t lose any work or anything.
It is not my day today, might go back to bed lol.

On the more positive side, I’m about to order some promotional merchandise for the website which is pretty exciting! Takes a few weeks to be made, so watch this space.
