Galloping Galaxies is crazy
Been loving Severance yesterday watched s2e1
All caught up with “Daredevil: Born Again”
It doesn’t quite capture the magic of those first three Daredevil seasons on Netflix, but it still a decent show.
Charlie Cox is excellent as ever as Matt Murdock
Me and my wife started Queens Gambit today. It started really good and I am excited to continue.
Ooh, that’s a good one!
Severance season 1 finale made me lose my goddamn mind last night, so guess I’m starting season 2 today
Three episodes into Queen’s Gambit! What a great show!
This came out early last year, to mixed reviews & a cancellation. I’ve watched a couple episodes & its fun so far. An obvious homage to Agatha Christie, lots of wealthy people with secrets in a confined location & a murder occurs.
It feels like shows don’t get the chance to become good anymore. If it is not an instant hit, it doesn’t get a second season. Friends would not have made it past its first season if it was made today.
Yeah, I’m hoping that this one doesn’t end on a cliffhanger
But Friends ending after season 1…not a bad thing imho
I had a good time with it. It definitely had legs for a second run.
Last night we watched Last One Laughing UK, I don’t usually watch these kind of comedian things but I really enjoyed it!
A couple people have recommended this to me. But I am allergic to Jimmy Carr. I do like a few of the comedians on it though. & there is an Irish version, hosted by Doctor Who’s Graham Norton!
I also don’t like him much. He’s not too prominent in it, the focus is on the contestants.
We’ve watched this and it is fun. How anyone keeps a straight face round Bob Mortimer is anyone’s guess.
Watched some more. Really fun. I’m partial to a Agatha Christie style whodunnit so its right up my street.
Midway through watching this, I was always curious about Gracepoint as I loved Broadchurch. Clearly I had a lucky escape not watching! Honestly I don’t see the need for everything getting remade.
It was a good excuse to get more of the Tennantverse though.
The best part of Gracepoint is getting to listen to American Tennant
