Thing is, I would count Wilf as a Companion, but that would mean I have to acknowledge the existence of the end of time, which I can’t do.. /lh

Good list so far. I just want to propose a couple edits:

Hex is with 7, not 8

7 is missing Sally, Lysandra, and Will (and if Menzies is with 6, despite being a Brig-type recurring character, then I think we can go ahead and put Carnacki with 7 too). Also, Vienna only appeared in 1 story with him, where she’s basically an antagonist (I don’t remember if she even sees the Tardis), so calling her a companion feels like a bit of a stretch

8 should probably also have Cass and Mary. Possibly also Samson, Gemma, and Sheena if you’re feeling pedantic

She isn’t a companion, just a character who reunites with the Doctor a small handful of times. Jago and Litefoot are better choices if you’re sticking to audios. They actually travel around with the Doctor to different places.
