So, the Sirens Of Time Redux came out today and while I do have it, I’m saving it for a long car journey tomorrow. So I was wondering if anyone managed to snatch a physical copy and, if they did, what edition did they get? I got the silver edition which is the CD and the Download.

Having just finished listening to the bronze edition it doesn’t look like there’s any extras?? At least it’s not playing on the BF app. All it has listed in the bonuses section are two versions of the original??

Yeah, looks like you don’t get the bonus interviews etc with this edition, which is honestly a dog move considering how limited the higher tiers were and also how totally unfeasible it is for a lot of people to buy the CD (be it in terms of not being able to play it and/or the exorbitant shipping fees) and most of their DL only stories come with extras. Really disappointed in Big Finish for this

Yes, this was why I jumped the gun on getting the Silver edition, which was the CD & Download. I think I did so the day the Big Finish Twitter posted it was 90% gone. I knew the other extras of interviews & the like weren’t included with the Bronze 'cause the announcement article didn’t list them with it, however, I don’t remember what the actual webpages for the editions say about the extras - I just remember the thought “Well, it’s a good thing I’m a detail-seeker 'til the end, I might’ve gotten quite confused.” All the editions have the original version as an extra, so the only one I thought of any decent value & within the price range I was willing for was the Silver. I don’t mind owning it, I do like Sirens. But I’ve never liked being on a time crunch. /g /m
