At first I thought this was referring to TV Torchwood, and you know what, yeah, bring back Torchwood and put Rani and Clyde in it. Poor Ruby and Belinda too while we’re at it.
Anyway, I’m halfway through s2 watching SJA for the first time and really enjoy it. It’s a little strange having kids (young teens) being so active in dangerous stuff, but that is what the premise requires as a suspension of disbelief.
I don’t know about a favorite episode, but my least favorite is certainly Secrets of the Stars (the last one I watched), which is still 3 stars. I think my favorite character is either Sarah Jane herself or Luke. (Least favorite is easily Maria’s obnoxious mum! I wish they’d softened her a little over the course of the season, or at least for The Last Sontaran, having been through The Lost Boy.)
Poor Maria always looks so smugly self-satisfied in the promo photos.

SJA was soo good! I still haven’t watched the last episodes because I was too sad at the time. I’ve maintained, even when it was airing, Clyde and Rani should be full companions. If we’re going to keep having modern Earth companions, we can at least do something different in having companions who know what they’re doing. Pleaaaasse bring them back!
