I live in that world! The only episode of Flux I would prefer over RW is the Angel one. I really don’t like Flux

Okay I’ll agree with you that Swarm and Azure are a bit boring, and the Grand Serpent goes nowhere, and Vinder is superflous, and the Tecteun side of things is needlessly ruined in episode 6, and the plot with the guy digging the tunnels is also surplus to requirements, and Kate Stewart is a bit wasted, and the ending is as much a mess as the Reality War…

That or they should have made her actually interesting. I know this isn’t an original observation but unfortunately to me, Thirteen’s companions all feel like they have soggy cardboard for personalities

I LOOOVE Flux so much and I think Swarm & Azure were so good and part of the reason I loved it so much, particularly Swarm - those designs!!

Their outfits are elite tier on their own! Arguably the best actual villains (not monsters or creatures) of the revival! I’d throw Madame Kovarian in there too if I understood what her deal actually is haha

I just think Flux has too many moving parts - and I get that a lot of that was production constraints, and I do think it’s impressive that they managed to make a series despite all that. It’s just a shame that they series they made was muddled, too busy, totally not cohesive as a story, and nonsensical.
Had they made it a six part drama actually about the Doctor and Tectuen it might have been interesting
