Spoilers for the Season 2 finale
So, if RTD stays around for Season3/Series 16, what Classic Monster/Villain will feature in that finale?
For reference, weāve had:

2009 Specials - Time Lords/Rassilon
60th Anniversary - The Toymaker
Season 1 - Sutekh
Season 2 - The Rani
Season 3 - ?
Iād be surprised if he doesnāt return to Daleks for a finale, if only to try and get a bit of renewed audience interest back. By 2027, theyāll have been off our screens since 2022. (If not a finale, Iād put money on a Dalek episode somewhere in Season 3.)
I would say I want Six to make another appearance but I doubt that would happen also. It would be nice if Peri returned though considering they brought back Mel, the Rani, and Shirley/Hebe. Thatās the Classic character I want brought back.

How about if we get The Mara back?
If Ncuti leaves, Belinda is the sort of companion Iād like to see stay with the following Doctor.
Like several people here, Iād like to stay away from the mystery boxes.
If Ncuti stays, Iād like for him to face the Daleks.
I would love a multi-Doctor story with 15 and a recast 2. Harry Melling, maybe?
hmmā¦ Two is one of my favourites so I donāt know how Iād feel about a recast. It works in audio format because I can imagine Patrick Troughtonās face but on tvā¦ I donāt know.
I would love to have this particular villain back, especially after the namedrop last season - I think you could do some really trippy stuff with them with modern special effects 
My own personal choice for a returning villain is the robots of death - I love their design and the worldbuilding of Kaldor, and I think you could tell some very interesting stories with them given current events.
The Mara, the Monk, Fenric, or the Black Guardian. Any one of them.
I am guessing the Daleks if not those then I am guessing the Mara or Fenric if we are still doing the whole God-like being āArcā
Bring back Cameca! Get Salma Hayek or Monica Bellucci to play her.

My only real want for season 42 is NO leaks
No leaks or at the very least Iād love the personal strength of mind not to look at them

RTD said that NDAs were signed, so if the person leaking is found then he should be sued.
(Further evidence I think that the name he used was fake, because you definitely would not dox yourself in illegal leaks)
