Eh, no sympathy. She said it stopped being fun (too little too late there, Tegan - you spent half the time whinging) and ran off. And she didn’t seem to care much when she was left behind originally, in Time-Flight. By the next episode, she seems to be going about her life like normal. So she didn’t miss it that much.

I’m more commenting in broad strokes and primarily only looking at Season 19 where she spends the whole season wanting to get home, finally gets home, realizes that she wants to keep travelling but the TARDIS is already leaving.

The finale, Reality War, is not being released on streaming until the same time it’s out on BBC One.
This could mean a few things:
- Because it’s also at the cinema, they can screen it at a sensible time instead of 8am and no-one will be spoiled
- This will prevent spoilers for this episode until it airs on BBC One.
Does this add fuel to the idea that this is going to be a big event, possibly a regeneration?

It’s strange that they’re making such a big deal out of it considering Doctor Who is getting cancelled on the 24th of May, a week before this episode is supposed to release. I mean, unless Ms Flood was lying to us, but why would she do such a thing? /j
Imo every season final should be given this treatment, and it would be super unfair for people who don’t watch through streaming if they got it late. Even if it means I have to wake up at 4am to watch the final

It’s always possible the big event is that they aren’t resolving the main crisis at the end of the season. What if series 2 ends with that Doctor Who has become a show in universe and was cancelled, and then they plan to reverse that in series 3 (if there is a series 3)?
Of course, it’s always possible that’d work out like the cliffhanger at the end of series 4 of Sapphire & Steel…

Random thought based on recent Lucky Day promos and interviews, but someone is getting the feeling that Conrad is trying to become the Doctor… like, replace him… There’s been a lot of talk in the interviews about him trying to be like the Doctor to Ruby. It would be really cool if this went beyond the relationship and became something more.
