I’d say that by virtue of being in a book with Doctor Who related things, it’s Doctor Who related, so all the stories in the book should be listed, but things that aren’t Doctor Who related and aren’t part of something Doctor Who related shouldn’t be added.
(My definition of “Doctor Who related” is pretty broad, mind you. If someone did a Chumbley tv show, I’d consider that Doctor Who related…)

I believe so, I have the Collectables one and the Stories Import one. A while back I added in all the Robert Harrop figurines to the collectables one.
