Most of these are really baffling choices. It looks more like the favourite 20 episodes of one person with eclectic tastes than a list of the “best” episodes.

I’d say 2 of these exactly would be on my top 20– Heaven Sent and tDF. Maybe Gridlock, I haven’t counted. But… really?

It feels a little weird that the 3 writers all chose episodes they wrote, and the actor chose an episode he was in
Also the spread of episodes feels very inorganically designed to ensure that there’s approximately 1 episode from each season/run of specials

Apparently they’re ‘must-watch’ episodes.

Where’s Midnight? Demons of the Punjab? Blink (FFS how has Blink been left off a list of best New Who episodes!!!)
