It was suggested I post an introduction, so here’s some quick facts about me:
I started watching Who when series 7 was airing and it’s been my favourite show ever since. I’m an unapologetic fan as well: everyone in real life know I live for this stuff.
My favourite Doctor is probably 12, but I have a lot of love for 8, 11 and 13 as well.
My favourite story is The Doctor Falls.
I’m slowly making my way through the 8th Doctor audios, and I’m in the middle of Ravenous as we speak.
I’m a huge music lover, with a predisposition for punk music. But I’m also really into hiphop, indie folk, pop and most other music genres!
I try to see the positive side of a lot of things: It doesn’t always work and I’m not naive, nor blind to the state of the world, but I do want my impact on this world to be a net positive, and that’s easier when you believe in a positive outcome.
I joined the site a few years ago, because I’m a sucker for cataloguing my opinions and watching habits. Lately, I’ve become a bit disillusioned with the constant negativity in other online Who spaces. So, I started lurking here and enjoying the open, happy discussion going on. Today, I decided on a whim to post something.
I don’t ‘live online’ as much as I used to and to be honest, I’m a bit apprehensive about posting on a forum, which I haven’t done since I was a kid on a Batman Arkham forum. So don’t necessarily expect to see me around much, but hey, I might pop up here and there if I really feel like I’ve got something to say. Either way, thank you guys for building such a fun community here. It’s been great seeing it develop!
I’ve just finished Fairytale of Salzburg, which was great! Overall, it does feel like a bit of a step down from Doom Coalition, which I loved, but I’m only halfway, so it doesn’t really feel like a fair comparison. Really looking forward to all the Masters in boxset 4!

Funnily I just posted about this in another thread. I haven’t used a forum with regularity for years, but it’s such a nice vibe here to find a place built on so much love. (who’da thought it for Doctor Who, right?)
Welcome to the forum! Hope you have a good time here. I also joined this space because it’s much more positive than other who spaces online, and I have little to no irl friends who like Doctor Who. Hope you enjoy lurking and occasionally posting!
Welcome to the best place on the internet for all fans of the greatest show in time and space. This is my first and only forum, and so far I’ve seen nothing but respect and positivity here. Feel free to lurk if you want to though
Fun fact, your favourite episode won a competition for best episode in the whole show
Clara is probably my favourite, she probably had the most interesting character arc out of all of them. But I do have a lot of love for Yaz, Bill, Donna and Lucie bleedin’ Miller as well.
