Basically you can use our domain tardis.team to get a username of your choice, instead of bsky.social
Here is an example @Tian’s new profile! (you do not need to create a new profile, you can just change your username).

Disclaimer: Once you do this, your old username will go back up for grabs. So if you’re made a business card or something, I wouldn’t recommend changing. However all followers and @-replies will all be carried across. More details about the technical side here (you don’t need to do anything technical)
