I wasn’t either but I thought I’d give it a try. If it becomes too doomscrolly or political I’ll probably either block, unfollow or just not bother much. I basically want to promote the hell out of this place (and attract a few trolls I can then use my powers to ban

I’ll admit one issue I run into over on fimfiction is that I’m a admin/moderator in enough places that I automatically try to moderate, and then sometimes suddenly realise I’m somewhere I can’t…

(One time that I repeatedly run into problems with not being able to moderate is that this bot selling Google Voice/Facebook/etc accounts repeatedly shows up in the art for fimfiction group when the admins are away, and it’s one of the few big groups where I can’t just ban the account and delete the posts. I report it to the site admins, who eventually delete the account within, say, 12 hours, but…)

In that case, I’m going to devote all of my time on Bluesky to telling everyone what a terrible story Delta and the Bannermen is and how I’d rather watch The Web Planet at 0.5x speed five times a day!
What, have TARDIS Guide bought Bluesky and made it the new forum?

I definitely prefer forums. I decided to sign up anyways, though, since I figure I can always just log out and forget about it if I don’t like it, and I should probably be networking as much as I can right now anyways, thinking about it.
Technically, all I did with my X account was post a message saying I was leaving and where I was going, change the password to something I wouldn’t remember, and log out. I didn’t want to leave the name available for someone to impersonate me…
