Are anyone going to Gallifrey One this February !! I’ll be there (it’s gonna be my last Gallifrey One before I graduate and leave the states forever🥲) and I would love to meet up with some of you guys!

I’ll be there and I know that @sircarolyn will as well! It’s my first year going (and maybe my only because things lined up really perfectly for us this year in a way that they’re unlikely to in the future) and I’m super excited! Ordered a small run of ribbons and I’ll be sure to save enough for anyone here who’s going

I wish I could come! Honestly I’m so tempted. But it’s a long way and a big expense, and it’s so soon!
It would also be my very first convention.
I think I’ll try to go to TimeLash first as it’s closer and smaller, give me the taste for it!

I really need to watch some Leela stories in the next month. I think she’s somehow the only companion that I just totally missed in sorta skimming through classic originally, and I’m only in s8 in my full watch right now, so might need to skip forward a bit.
So many guests on this year’s lineup that I’m super excited for and unfortunately more that I’d love to get autographs from than I can probably afford to, but I’m definitely most excited for Nicola Bryant

I am also in the Gally Gang. My second Gallifrey One, fourth Who con, but first one solo. I am way beyond excited for Jenna Coleman (I have diamond pass) and Steven Moffat, almost nervous if I’m being honest. But Colin Baker, Nicola Bryant, Wendy Padbury, and Catherine Tate I’m also looking forward to meeting, as I haven’t before. Louise Jameson I have met, but was unable to get autograph, so I’m hoping to do that this time. It’s a really good time though, people are super nice, it’s a very welcoming environment, only sad thing is it’s impossible to do everything. I do recommend people go at least once if they can.

Oh, and I’ll have TARDIS32 on my name tag if anyone sees me and wants to say hi. I’ll probably be dressed as 12. Haven’t decided if I’ll bring any other costumes.

I’m contemplating cracking out the Narvin cosplay again but I’m flying to LA and we’re going on a week holiday after so I’m going to have to contemplate my packing carefully…

I should look around and see if I can find a red velvet coat like 12’s, I just have the standard dark blue with red inside like his debut outfit. I almost found one once, but it wasn’t long enough, just a normal suit jacket length. Will I go to the effort of finding a bright red button to put on the sleeve? If I do, I think multiple 12s is probably what I’ll do. 12 with light brown hair that is wavy at most rather than curly and with glasses. That’s me. I may bring my 11 as well, but 12 is locked in for my Jenna Coleman photoshoots. I’d bring my 7, but don’t have a good way of transporting the umbrella (suitcase not big enough, doubt I could carry it on with the metal point), and the costume isn’t quite up to spec like my other two.

I want to. I’d hoped to. If possible, I’ll try to, but I’ve got an unmissably important work thing happening “sometime in February” (we were supposed to be told the exact date a month ago) that might conflict, and I don’t want to make travel plans until I know for certain that it doesn’t.

It is one day my dream to make it to a GallifreyOne, but being in Australia makes it a ridiculously huge trip sadly.
I don’t think there are any local equivalents for us either. But one day, maybe. I hope everyone going has a fabulous time!

I’d love to do Jenna’s as well but I just really can’t justify the cost on it unfortunately. Hope you have a great time with it if you do it!
Honestly if there were fewer other guests that I cared about I’d be spending a lot more on Jenna’s stuff because Clara is like my favorite companion, but with so many great guests and especially with how much I’m already spending on Nicola I just can’t do more than an autograph and photo op with her given how expensive they are.
