Any suggestion on EDA jumping point?
I don’t think I could start from The Eight Doctors. Seems like too much to read them by publishing order

I enjoyed the Eight Doctors. But I’d say try Vampire Science (#2), War of the Daleks (#5) which I really we enjoyed despite the continuity retcons, Alien Bodies (#6) which is amazing and starts the “War in Heaven”, and then Option Lock (#8) to get started. I haven’t really read anything beyond that. The Bodysnatchers (#3) is okay and has Zygons, and Legacy of the Daleks (#10) is a different take from Big Finish on Eight meets Susan sandwiched in the middle of “Separated from Sam” mini-arc. Hope that helps at least get you started in the series.

You’re welcome. I’ve only read in the past 4-5 years, #1-3, 5-6, 8 & 10. I wasn’t able to get a hold of a copy of #4, and #7 & #9 I just couldn’t get into. I did read #23, but that’s been probably closer to 10 years or so ago now.

Of the ones I’ve read, I’d say #2, 5, 6 and 10 were my favorites. #1 and #8 come in after that, good novels but just not quite making it into favorite status. #3 was good, but of the ones I read, it was my least favorite.

- They are making it into a TARDIS because whoever is in charge is a Whovian.
- They are secretly filming Doctor Who in Sweden and you’re the first one to notice.
- We are delusional and see where there aren’t any.
Of course, Murray Gold is too proud to have written a Beatles song so bad that it’s good for it not to be included.
