This is a fun little oddity - I’ve always been petrified of older TTRPGs assuming they would all have unbearable rulesets. I wonder how this held up in players’ hands.

I did a little digging on the way to work after I made that post. Turned out the one I was thinking of was actually the same company as the one linked, but adapted to a DND 5e ruleset for accessibility: Doctors and Daleks. I’m not a huge DND player so I’d certainly be more interested in the unique game mechanics in the original which seem to prioritise investigation and creativity.

Has TARDIS Guide ever ran a TTRPG? Could be a cool idea. The biggest obstacle is the limited amount of players you can fit into a game.
