My Personal Rankings:
The Adventuress, shamelessly showing their love for Twelve? What an unexpected development.
Series 5 is classic; has the best opener and Eleven and Amy are wonderful together, love the fairytale vibe.
Series 1 is the tightest written series of new who with perfect pacing and like three different character arcs all going on at once with genius characterisation and the perfect finale.
And then there’s Series 4. Perfection. The Doctor at his best, the best companion, the best episodes, the atmosphere and tone has never reached such peak Doctor Who-iness since, it’ll always be my favourite.
Genuinely shocked to see series 5 getting so much love! Guess I’ve grown so used to seeing Moffat haters that I forgot I’m not the only one who adores that series.
I think for me, Series 5 is my favourite, then series 10, then 4 and 1 are so closely tied it would just depend on the day what I voted for
Series 5 - such a breath of fresh air and wonder with an approach to storytelling that just appeals to me 
Series 9 - The return of a series of cliffhangers! Great stories and a Doctor/Companion pairing that just works! Though what the Hybrid actually is I am still a bit hazy on 
Flux + Specials - Flux was a fantastic approach to a season-long story, though it admittedly got a bit muddled towards the end. Eve of the Daleks is a fantastic time loop story and Legend of the Sea Devils had Dan in a ridiculous costume and with an amazing romantic phonecall between Dan and Diane. The Power of the Doctor is phenomenal, I won’t bore you here, for that read my review 
Series 1 and 10 are great as well, as is Series 4, but when it is lobbed together with the Specials I nope out hard
I love all the NuWho seasons. What’s at the top and what isn’t changes over time, but there’s one series I can rewatch again and again without diminishing returns. Imho that series, as a whole, stands above every other series: the Doctor-Donna series, series 4. 
1, 5 & 13 (Flux).
S04 - Probably my favorite season of any television show and when you add the specials it gets even better.
S05 - A fantastic season with my second favorite Doctor.
S02 - This one was a hard choice between s01-03 but in the end, s02 won, Ten and Rose is the perfect combo.

This was a quite difficult choice. Being able to pick three helped a lot. If would have had to narrow it down to just, I don’t think I would have been able to choose. But I think that just goes to show how awesome this show is. 
I had settled on settled for series 6, 8 and 10, but now that I thought about it I am considering to change that again. (As others have pointed out series 5 is such a great introduction to the Doctor and Amy. It’s usually where I start of when watching the show with someone who is new to Who.) 
I agree so much I wish I could like this post twice.
I’ve definitely said this several times before but for me it’s basically tied between S9 and S13. I love the serialized nature of Flux and it’s probably my #2 story of all time and I’ve already rewatched it like 5 times since I first watched it in November. And S9 does such great work with its four two-parters that really get to play a lot with the themes and character arcs of the season, leading to the three-part finale that is my #1 favorite story of all time.
For a bit of fun, here’s my ratings for every season, though some of them probably need to be re-evaluated a bit. And some seasons may rank higher or lower for me than the average of its episodes would seem to indicate.
Honestly, this is much easier for me than deciding on classic, I will go with Series 10 easily. I think the chemistry between our two leads is superb (really like Clara and Twelve, but bill and Twelve works well too). We get some excellent Episodes, and even the weaker ones are just okay. I generally love the Capaldi Era when it comes to NuWho, so I would probably choose all his Seasons anyway. (I do really like Series 1, 13 and of course 4, but I find myself not enjoying them as much as most of the Capaldi Era, but those are close 4th, 5th and 6th Place for me). I just really love Capaldi as the Doctor, I just think he is really neat.
I chose 5, 6 and 7. For leggy… I mean normal reasons.
I think leggy reasons are normal reasons, but maybe that’s just me.
