Bill Hartnell giving the death glare to the eponymous War Machines lives rent free in my head. Despite his failing health and his tenure approaching its end, there’s so much power in his stance and his facial expressions.

I love Cliffhangers, always was a part I was looking forward when watching classic Who around 2022/23. While some can be quite funny (the literal Cliffhanger, “Stop dont move”, literally every Cliffhanger for the 4 parts edit of Season 22).
I think we got some of the very best Cliffhangers in the 60s (“Nothing in the World can stop me now”, “I am your servant…” and so on).
I am surprised there is no mention of the Cliffhanger with the Sontarans from Invasion of Time (Episode 4) and while that Story isnt very much mine, I’d say this Cliffhanger is one of its few highlights

Speaking of which, those Cliffhangers are always some of my favorites (those Cliffhangers being, one where it looked like the Story has ended, but it actually didn’t). Another good one for those, I can think, is the one of “the Ark”
