The Faceless Ones for me is probably the best story in Season Four. It also has the Second Doctor on absolutely fantastic form. As soon as he gets leverage over the Chameleons he launches into peace talks. It’s a story which could work just as well today. I love it.

Of the stories left, Evil is the one which does least for me. I considered docking some off Power because it can afford it but in my heart of hearts it is stronger than Evil so I had to play fair.

I love The Macra Terror. The animation really sold the story for me.

Look, I think The Underwater Menace isn’t quite as bad as some people make it out to be.

But if you put it above The Power of the Daleks, I am genuinely worried for you.
