Poor souls…
Better, yes. It is free and there are no wait times. Much better, no. It is a 0.5/5.

But Ten is in it!
Lonely Assassin is a bit like a point-and-click game.
He did not arrive during the time I played. But it would have been crap anyway. All the Doctors are in Lost in Time, which does not save it…
Also, I like other Doctors and enjoy a lot of stuff that doesn’t have Ten. Right now, I am craving a lot of 11 content. 11, Amy, and Rory are such a fun team. Unfortunately, their games are crap too
At this point we should just make our own, with blackjack and sonic screwdrivers! /j
@shauny can code it!
We can’t have Shauny code everything, unfortunately he’s only mortal and still requires sleep.
Sleep is for tortoises.
If he stops his jet-set lifestyle and moves to a coding basement, he can code all the time!
I want Legacy back!
Wow, that’s dedication!
Did you get a free trial or pay for it?
There are loads of other free games in Apple Arcade you could try while you have it!
I keep meaning to play Disney Dreamlight Valley cos that’s free, but then I keep getting people asking me to make changes on the website so I never have time
Free trail.
Yeah I will probably try some. It is nice to have stuff with no adds.
And now you are making a video game!
I would but I have no knowledge of how to do that haha.
You’re like those people who think because I know how to make websites I also know how to hack into a bank and fix a microwave and send messages to outer space and stuff.
All computer stuff is different!!
I know. I can’t install a printer, yet I have a master’s in computer science
Aaaah, that’s how you can afford all those trips around the globe! Makes sense
I can definitely install a printer, on Linux, even! No computer degree, though. (To be fair, my not having a degree is more a matter of time and money then lack of knowledge. I feel like I know most of what I’d need for a computer degree.)
I also tend to be sort of a generalist, knowing a bit of everything, but not necessarily having the experience or depth of knowledge to back it. I’ve watched and read many things about how to make a game, for example… but haven’t really made one.
(Though, also, making a game is usually the sort of thing you need a team for, like at least one programmer, an artist, a musician. And the skills needed vary depending on the type of game, especially since some types of games have specific engines you can use just for that type of game. There are engines specifically for visual novels, for example.)
I’ve also read up on how to hack into things before, just because it’s an interesting subject… (And I’ve been required to watch a ton of videos on how not to get hacked for work in the past.)
I don’t really play video games that often (I played Minecraft a ton during lockdown, but that’s it), but I was looking to see what Doctor Who ones there are, and the options are surprisingly limited for such a long-running and popular show with extensive EU material in most other mediums. That being said, I was thinking of playing The Lonely Assassins this summer, because I love the Weeping Angels and Osgood.
Lonely Assassins is great.
I only made a few video games, one I made at college was called Jumpman!
You played a stick figure (that I drew in MS Paint) and pressed the space bar to jump over various objects, and it got faster and faster.
Yes I invented Flappy Bird way before it was cool.
I suppose I could port it to Doctor Who, just replace the stick man with Ncuti Gatwa, and make the obstacles Daleks and Cybermen.
But first I’d need to get a license from the BBC and ask them for a big cheque.
