Finished raising the Terror Birds, colored them and bred them. Then they went in storage. Did some exploring and resource gathering. Now I’ve got all 14 Baryonyx eggs in the incubators. Unless there’re twins, I’ll have 7 new males and 7 new females.

Hatched the second generation of Baryonyx (plus a few new first generation to replace the ones in my initial batch that died). Bred the new First Gen ones, now I’ve named the Second Gen ones. However, I had to move them outside to properly name[1] and now have to wait for them all to wake up to breed them.

I did finish breeding my Baryonyx today. Then I went caving for artifacts. I make no secret about using console commands. Yes, I do play the game as intended, but I’ll use give item commands (gfi cryopod 1 0 0) semi-often. I’m playing single player and just having fun with the game. I might still explore more caves, but I’ll probably use gfi commands to collect everything I need for the Guardians (bosses) of the Obelisks. I want to ascend and use the same character across all the maps.
Finished with the three Island bosses last night (Dragon on Thursday, Megapithecus and Broodmother Lysrix last night). Yes, I did use console commands (cheats) to defeat them. That said, I’m playing single player and having fun. Next up to ascend is to defeat the Overseer. Not sure when I’ll do that.
Finished my base today (pictures below), got out all my animals for another round of breeding, and put a batch of Ankylosaurus eggs[1] in the incubator.

Added more to my base, my Ankylosaurus herd has reached adulthood, just about to breed the last Baryonyx for this round. Next time I get on, I’ll finish with that breeding, I’ll name and breed my Ankylosaurs for the first time, and then ascend.

Bred my last pair of Baryonyx and then went and fought the Overseer and ascended. Spent the rest of the afternoon on Scorched Earth.
I started on Scorched Earth[1] yesterday, built a small base, and collected some Wyvern eggs. Whenever I get on next, I’ll need to find a better place for a larger base and get to work on building that. At some point, I’ll need to build a Tek Transmitter and go back to my base on the Island map and do some stuff there.

Back on Ark and couldn’t really find a better site for a base. So, I demolished my current one and plan to rebuild it bigger and better.
Built the first floor of my base, next I work on my second floor. After that, I’m not sure what to build next. I’ll figure it out.
Second level of my Scorched Earth base finished. Just got to finish the roof and stairs up to the roof, and then I can stick a Tek Transmitter up there.
There we go. Finished my base on Scorched Earth. Uploaded a bunch of stuff to my Tek Transmitter including myself. Also experienced an electrical storm, first time in my whole time of playing this game. Next I get on, it’ll be back to the Island. Unload the Transmitter and work on stuff at that base.

Hopped onto the Island and went to pull stuff out of my Tek Transmitter and it wasn’t there. A couple back and forths between maps and I discovered that I had stuff in the wrong tab. Should be fine now.
Everything worked great this time. I’ve got all my Wyvern eggs over at my first base where the hatchery is more open, I’ve got some of the new tames out for breeding, and am ready to start naming and coloring my Ankylosaurs.
Finished coloring and breeding my Amkylosaurus herd, bred some new arrivals, hatched another 2nd Gen batch of Baryonyx. Next it’s off to Scorched Earth to explore with my Argentavis.
Spent some time on Scorched Earth last night and today. Did some exploring with my Argentavis but was cut short to go help make supper. Today I built an addition on my Scorched Earth base. Now I’m back on the Island to breed some new creatures I picked up, breed the new batch of Baryonyx once they mature, possibly breed other tames, and hatch some Wyverns.

Took care of my Baryonyx pack and built a small add-on for a bunch of Cryofridges to hold my frozen tames.
Also, the poll will remain active until I get home from work tomorrow (2:00pm PST).
So my Wyvern poll is closed with a tie result between Fire and Lightning. So, because I voted for Lightning, I will remove my vote[1] and hatch a batch of Fire Wyverns first.

I have decided which non-story Ark I’ll visit first: Ragnarok. One of its unique creatures is Ice Wyvern, so I want to start collecting those eggs.
