If you have a broad idea of the Charley arc and what’s kicked it off, you can do Chimes of Midnight. Though Storm Warning does help and is a prerequisite if you don’t have that broad idea.
Jubilee and Deadline you don’t at all really

I forgot Scherzo again
If you want to truly appreciate Scherzo, you need to do all of the Charley stories beforehand. You could maybe get away with skipping most, but Storm Warning, Neverland and Zagreus are essential at the very least.

This list is so wrong in the Six department. Arrangements, fine, but there are other candidates for romantic Six audios than just that…
Why is The Wormery even on that list? I don’t remember. Is it because Six was depressed over losing his one true love on Thoros Beta?

I don’t remember a Belinda, but I do remember that Iris line and her behavior towards him.
It was mostly a joke because there are a good handful of audios that can be interpreted as fanservice-y between him and Peri.
DOCTOR: [to Peri] I can’t think why you’d want to stay with me. If you do want to stay with me, that is, I might even let you borrow my body again from time to time, if you asked nicely…
But thinking seriously about some audios where romance, love, or relationships are involved, I’d vote for 100 BC, Blood on Santa’s Claw, Not Forgotten, The Ultimate Evil, World Enough and Time, A Most Excellent Match, The Widow’s Assassin, *and The One Doctor. The Curious Incident of the Doctor in the Night-time isn’t romantic, but it is about love.
Not Six, but The Last Day at Work, Jago in Love, Wet Walls, and *Nine’s Star-Crossed set also fit the theme.
