I simply wanted to make sure the underrated ones (non-tv) had a higher percentage as I think Romana will top the poll! :sob: Otherwise yes I would’ve voted for her!!!

River regenerated into a different body. Jenny sort of regenerated into the same body. Probably both time lords.

(River can also operate a TARDIS.)

Innocet propaganda: woman who is so okay and normal and absolutely not carrying the weight of centuries of family guilt quite literally on her back. Got into journalling although she did kinda do it in her own blood

Fair arguments, but the way I see it (or the way I see it after spending an hour searching tardiswiki for important time lords and growing slightly delirious) Jenny is doctor’s daughter and therefore as much a Time Lord as he or Susan is (which is its own debate) while River is a manipulated human

I suppose the Time Lords regeneration is based off of the Doctor’s, where as River’s isn’t, so she’s more whatever the Doctor is then a Time Lord.

My choice is obvious.

I have other favourites, including Narvin, but none are on the same level as Romana, so it feels wrong to vote for anyone but her.

Sooo hard to not just choose all of them but I’ve gotta give some loving to my beloved terrible women Veklin and Livia and Ollistra. I miss Livia I wish she could come back
