It’s awful that people are still agreeing with or not pushing back against her transphobia in 2025. I’m side-eyeing most people who are willingly involved with this show (the child actors might not be in control of their career and it makes sense that they wouldn’t know about it, and I don’t blame working people on the crew who are trying to get a job in a crowded field), and I hope that this and anything else J.K. Rowling-related flops.

So, last Friday, place I had a phone interview with mentioned a followup interview on Monday, but didn’t give a time. I never received a response when I did a followup email on Friday, and, well, it’s Monday past 4 pm, so I’m kinda assuming a followup interview isn’t happening today.
Oh well, another followup email it is, and on with the job hunt until I hear back…
Shame, since I was feeling pretty hopeful about it Friday. Eh, maybe I’ll still hear back, and there’s a big job fair on Thursday.

For senior prank day, the seniors impersonated one of the admins via email and said that every single college counselor was leaving after this school year. It was original, but too anxiety-inducing to be funny.

It’s a thing done at a lot of American high schools. The 12th graders/seniors pull a prank on the whole school towards the end of their final year.

We have something like that, but a lot worse.
A couple years ago, the leavers brought in water guns, and eggs, and proceeded to attack everyone.
The staff thought it was hilarious

After two hours frantically sorting out work things, I’ve been taking the rest of the day off and I’m now feeling a bit better (maybe End of Time Master level? Still a bit corpse-like, but with moments of activity) - I hope you’re feeling better soon too
