- Love and Monsters
- Blink
- Turn Left
- The Girl who Waited
- Flatline
- 73 Yards
- Dot and Bubble
- Lucky Day
- Space Pirates
Turn Left and Lucky Day for me. Idk if I’d count Flatline as Doctor lite given he’s present throughout, same low-key for Dot and Bubble.
Flatline & Turn Left.
Flatline is a really underrated story. Or more precisely, I don’t hear anyone talk about, even though it’s rather good, IMO.
Turn Left builds a world that I wish The Last of the Time Lords built.
Blink & Turn Left.
There are only two of these that even come close to contending for me - Blink and Turn Left, and I don’t even think Blink is that great. Turn Left, however, is superb beyond words
Chose Turn Left and Flatline. The former is an incredible Piece of Television, Tate shows off what a brilliant Actress she is, if you don’t think she is wonderful in Acting after this, I don’t know what will convince you. Flatline on the other hand is a great Showcase for Clara, mini 12 is cute and fun. And well its Monster is just visually amazing!
I like Blink a lot, but I don’t think it cracks my personal Top Two for this Category
If I had a third choice, I’d vote for Turn Left since I rated it highly, but I honestly don’t remember anything about it. Same with Blink.
Blink and Turn Left
Turn Left is also really dark as an episode like it tackles so many serious topics.
Yeah, no doubts on it, it’s very bleak and certainly not one I would watch it as much as certain others, but I think it’s brilliant nonetheless!
Turn Left is just one of my favourite episodes ever
So Blink? Always Blink and again?
Blink and Turn Left but 73 Yards and Dot and Bubble are pretty close.
Blink and Turn Left.
Classics
Also Bernard Cribbins’ greatest performance in Who arguably
Blink and 73 Yards. I don’t consider Flatline a Doctor-Lite episode since he’s part of the episode a lot.
Is Flatline really a Doctor-lite episode? He’s in it plenty, or so I’ve always thought. Since it’s on the poll, I have voted for it though (you can’t put Twelve’s era in a poll and not expect me to vote for it )
The other one I picked is Turn Left, which blew my ten-year-old mind back in 2008 - just a great concept, masterfully executed.
Honestly though, this is really an embarrassment of riches - Blink, The Girl Who Waited and Lucky Day are also excellent, and Love and Monsters, 73 Yards and Dot and Bubble are solid.
I’m confused.
