Yeah, I really enjoyed it. There’s something about “The Mona Lisa comes to life as an embittered gun-wielding northerner” which makes me think it’s not an entirely serious plot, but I just can’t put my finger on it… mind you, after City of Death, you’d think it would be Romana that the Mona Lisa wanted revenge on.
I had no idea what to expect with this one, but I think I actually liked it more than some of the Trickster episodes, overall.

I really dislike this “3 years rule” we’ve had lately.
I’d be happy if Ncuti could stick around for a few more years.
Just like I wish I’d seen Jodie with a different Showrunner, I’d also love that for Ncuti.
I also miss having a companion that spans multiple Doctors. That has such great storytelling potential. Rose and Clara are all we’ve had do this in NuWho.
