Played a bit more Ark (hatched some Baryonyx) and JWE2 (Pterosaur Aviary) yesterday.
More JWE2 this morning. Made a large Jurassic exhibit with Stegosaurus, Dryosaurus, Diplodocus and Allosaurus.
Playing some TARDIS Flight. Maybe if we get enough Guide users playing, we can make a private server!
Is that the Roblox game? I think I’m too old for Roblox!
I’m interested in that. I don’t play it that often but would play it with a group
The Lego Movie Game but I think I’ve hit a glitch which will stop me getting a red brick.
Yep, I’ve checked online and it’s a definite glitch with no apparent workaround. So I’ll never 100% this game unless I start again!! (And I can’t be arsed with that). I just have to accept that I’ve completed it in spirit rather than reality.
Stardew Valley got the 1.6.9 update today, and this one was across the board, all platforms, so all the consoles and mobile caught up with the new version.
Played a few days on the river farm, which is more profitable these days then it used to be…
I’ll have to tell my daughter. She’s played that a lot recently.
It’s one of these spots where it’s a bigger deal if you aren’t on pc, because for pc, it just went from 1.6.8 to 1.6.9 (and then 1.6.10, to fix a bug). Everything else just went from 1.5 to 1.6.9/10, though, and, well, that’s an update with, say, a dlc worth of new stuff, without having to buy a dlc.
There’s a new farm, new festivals, new events, lots of new items, balance changes, quality of life stuff… 1.6 was a great update. It even added a new bookseller.
She plays on the Xbox so hopefully she’ll be excited to see what’s been added.
She probably will be! She can play on an existing farm… but now would probably be a good time to start a new one, especially since there’s a new farm layout to try out.
I played a lot of Stardew a few years ago, having a look now and it’s changed so much!!
I’d definitely start again if I went back into it. But don’t have the time to commit to it at the moment
Yeah, it has. The Meadowlands farm is rather different, starting out with a coop and chickens! (And depending on how long it’s been since you played, the beach farm is a rather different one, too, but it was there in 1.5.)
Know what you mean about time, though.
Here are my Steam “Year in Review” snapshots (I’m not quite comfortable enough sharing the whole thing) for 2022 and 2023.
Ooh nice. I like these recaps but I think they are released a bit prematurely. They never count most of November or December.
I tend to play most of my games during those months because it’s cold and dark outside.
And Spotify is the same with their Spotify Wrapped. Which is why I hate these official Year in Reviews because they never take into account the entire year.
That’s why I use last.fm for my music tracking, because its Year in Review is available in January and takes into account the entire year
But they normally count those months for the next year then don’t they? It’s not like they are completely emitted, just at the start of the next year right?
