I played a lot of Fortnite during COVID, but haven’t been back since, this may tempt me to play again but I can’t play next week (doesn’t work on Mac because of the Epic vs Apple court case) so I’d have to wait til I’m home with my PC or Switch.
Depending on how long it lasts I might check it out.
I have returned to my latest Ace Attorney replay, this time slowly playing through AA5.
I also beat Emerald Seaglass a few days ago! Great romhack that does admittedly have some level balancing issues but who cares when it’s so fun and charming and gorgeous yk
Yeah I got into it around the same time but we stopped playing after a couple years, got back into it last year with a new group which has been fun. Unfortunately it’s only lasting one month, so it ends on June 7th.
I got a PSP simulator on my phone and some old games. Not sure if I’m gonna like it. I’m gonna borrow a controller from a friend tomorrow because the touching screen feels wrong on so many levels! (And mine is still at school and a thousand miles away)
Recently finished Demon Souls (was a while ago!). Still very solid, not as good as many of the other Souls Games that would come out later after this, but hey it lays down the Foundation nicely! I think I will pick up a few Rounds of Mario Kart 7 now to have something easy-going to play!
Currently got like 3 different Baldurs Gate 3 runs going (Act 3 my beloathed). Also got really into Expedition 33, what a fantastic game. Had to take a break because the story impacted me rather hard emotionally but I’m excited to get further into it.
(a lot of 3’s…)
Frostpunk is so good, but brutally hard. It took me a while to finish it the first time. I also recommend The Last Autumn dlc, it puts an interesting twist on the game by having the start of the campaign be warm enough to not worry about the cold, before everything starts to collapse as the frost arrives.
Frostpunk 2 is also very good, though it’s a very different game from the first one as you’re now playing with the scale of a large city, and not a small settlement.
