I guess it’s time to write a changelog because for some reason I thought if I only edit the post it will also get to top of the threads but anyways massive growth in my library! Here’s what I got!

• THE Chimes of Midnight, yes that story by the great Robert Shearman for 15.16 pounds ONLY!
• The Mutant Phase for £4.49 and it’s a really confusing story by Nicholas Briggs so I’m kinda happy I got it for that cheap
• and now these 3 stories are completely blind for me (tbh Chimes of Midnight is still blind for me-). The Settling for £8.26 and Nocturne for £8.11. 2 stories from the Hex and Ace era where The Settling is the supposed season 1 closer for Hex and Nocturne is somewhere in the middle of season 2.
• And finally I got Cryptobiosis for £6.08 which is a simple story for Sixie.

We also got some updates with the data base!

• I updated the data base and some of the grammar mistakes there were.
• I finally got my idea work which was pictures sending you to the different reviews I wrote AND IT WORRRRKSSSS! Thank you for those HTML lessons W3school-
• And also some stuff arrived like Solitaire, Static and Three’s a Crowd.

It is time for another UPDATE UPDATE UPDATE 2

I will try writing updates on every Friday (pretend it’s Friday) about the growth of my collection! Or what new purchases I made about Big Finish!

Purchases

- Well for first I got The Next Life for £4.84 which is the season finale for the third season of Charlie ( a bit longer too I heard) - We also got the Juggernauts for £4.49 which is just an addition for my Mel-athon - and we got a trilogy of releases (The Eye of the Scorpion, Bloodtide and The One Doctor) for the price of £13.47 which I think is an amazing deal for these stories

Arrived

- Well we only got 2 releases arriving today with Seasons of Fear and The Harvest and actually going to listen to the story tomorrow

Future Purchases

- There are two releases I tried to get and one of them is Spare Parts for £8.26 which I think is a brutally good deal for this price - And the other release that is actually from Ebay is Arrangements for War for £4.19 which is jesus if I win this I will be very happy with myself

Voting or something I guess

I want you guys to decide whether I should start my Seventh Doctor journey with Seven and Mel (of course after finishing Dominion- review coming soon :3) OR I should do the very basics of Sixth and Evelyn (cause I only realised that basically you would only need to buy Arrangements of War and Thicker Than Water because the rest of their arc is free on Spotify and the other stories that came out after those ones basically extensions/standalones). Alright it’s time for the weekly update no. 3!

What a week my God! It started horribly with Worlds of Book losing one of my packages and ended with getting a very special pin! So let’s go over all the things that happened to my collection this week!

What I got

• welp World of Books lost my package of The Flames of Cadiz but they offered me to refund the money but so far nothing happened. So great!
• We got a bunch of new titles starting with a quadruple package containing (you guessed it) FOUR Doctor Who audio dramas making me love MusicMagpie the most. #notsponsored
• They actually decided to put the four titles together because they saw my stupid ass ordering all 4 of them on the same day! Unbelievable!
  
  
• So we got Cryptobiosis for £6.08 which is a Sixth Doctor release with Peri annnd well umm this will probably going to the pile of “listening to this in 5-10 years”. Well then why buy it?
  
• We also got The Juggernauts behind it for £4.49, The Mutant Phase for £4.49 and The Next Life for £4.84. This really was the day when my wallet was begging me to stop because I bought like 9 releases that day- oopsie daisy
• Next package contained The Chimes of Midnight! It was in such a good state too! Oh boy. Still doesn’t feel real having it… and I paid the price of £15.16… people would still call that cheap!
  
  
• Next package was Arrangements for War which I bought for like 4-5 pounds but then I got some of my money back so I ended up only paying £2.5… like that is insane. Absolutely insane if you ask me. Bazoongas. This release was that made me make a poll about my next story arc and well we will talk about it later-
  
  
• And then there is Nocturne and don’t know what else to say about it- Hex! Yey! For £8.11! You can see it was used or at least it’s very British-
  
  
• We got two more packages. I really just wanted people to see them in more detail cause I just showed them in one place, took a picture and called it a day-
• So we also got The Silver Turk… from them. I really wished this would be in a good condition too especially when I bought it it said Very Good as a condition tag. So what’s wrong? Welp the casing is almost broken with a quick fix I swapped with the case of The Mutant Phase. We also got the other problem that annoys me which is that the last portion of CD 2 won’t play. It only started playing when I forced my CD drive to play it over and over and over for an hour at least but I still don’t have access to the CD extras and if another CD player plays those tracks then it just won’t play. So as a consolation price they are giving me a replacement order with Power Play. You know where it will go. Btw I got it for £7.83
  
  
• At last we got The Settling with HEX! I love Hex! I listened to The Harvest last week and it was brilliant! Anyways got it for £8.26
  
  
• Before I end this section I also got a special package today (but damn the import cost I paid just now jeez my country sucks). It is THE TARDIS GUIDE BADGE! I am officially part of this TARDIS Team and I am so happy that people tolerate my silly posts like right now if you read it this far- Oh I am definitely putting all the stuff in a safe place!
  
  

Stories I finished

• Well over the weekend I finished Goth Opera with a friend and I can’t recommend it enough. We also had Static and man it had a really good, really creepy atmosphere.
• I listened to The Harvest with a different friend and I already love Hex a lot. I did have Shadow Planet/Worlds Apart before his introduction but man I wish there were more male companions ://
• I also finished UNIT: Dominion so expect a review getting up today about the story.
• I also also started Iterations of I and finishing it up today. No reviews yet cause I got another story from the set which god knows when I will ever listen to-

The Poll

• We got one more stuff to talk about and it’s the result of the previous week’s poll! It isn’t surprising that Sixie and Evelyn won by a… lot TwT
• I guess everyone is just so fond of the Team. So next week expect me doing a new topic about my whole journey through their arc. For now I am only going to do the most necessary adventures and the ones that are free so no extra stories that came out AFTER Thicker Than Water (for now).

Here goes update four BUT it’s a bit different.

I actually wanted to ask if people would be interested me sharing my Doctor Who fanfictions here? I kinda had some ideas I would want to do with the 15th Doctor but not with Ruby Sunday. I kinda want to write a male companion because when did we have the last original male companion that was good because I ain’t counting Dan and the rest of Series 11 “gang”.

1. a new companion introduction where the companion already knows the Doctor because they are going through a time loop. So what I would like to explore with this idea is that this companion knows the Doctor and their every moves because of how they have been repeating the same day over and over again. I also have been thinking of this character being some kind of alien with the power of stopping time or something but I felt that was a bit of overkill.

2. Another idea I had is where the interior of the TARDIS slowly materializes into the setting of a play and basically they turn into fiction or something. This idea kinda started after Doctor Who introduced the ideas of Gods but I actually want to see a God who toys with the characters, plays with them and most importantly doesn’t get beaten within a story. Maybe the god will even let them go out of pity so they don’t even defeat this villain.

3. Other idea I had is just writing a full on musical where the characters ARE aware that they are forced to sing and if they stop they just die. The setting would be somewhere at the Town of Music. Yes another god story because I felt the theme of Series 14 wanted to be about gods but then at half way through they just stopped with the ideas. The three of the ideas this is probably the most fragile one.

I will try to think of more ideas but do tell me if you guys want to hear more cause sincerely I always fear my ideas are nothing special. Anywho other than that got 9 releases and Family of the Firend. Will be sharing more details about those two too in the future!
