The Real McCoy ~ Light or Dark Costume?

Of his two main televised costumes, do you prefer McCoy in the cream jacket or the darker one?

I always love Sylv’s anecdote about how he got lost in Colin’s costume for three days because it drowned him. It does oddly suit him though!

There’s unfortunately little art of this, but my favorite is definitely what ends up as his “default” outfit in the New Adventures. It’s a baggy white suit and tie with no vest and a matching fedora. It feels so natural for his character. I’d almost say he should’ve had it for his last season, but the dark jacket look just fits too well in the Ghost Light and Fenric sets.

I picked Dark today, but I enjoy Sylvester McCoy’s incarnation of the Doctor no matter what he is wearing! (Especially if he has the question-mark brolly.)
