Omg the first episode was so GOOOOOOOOD!!! Its no secret I’m a River stan, but I do love Ace and Tegan so this trio is just perfect for me. AND ITS AN ARC! HALLELUJAH!!! I am sick of BF releases where the boxset is aimless stories with no woven arc. Can’t wait to continue this!!
I am a River stan and also an enormous Ace and Tegan lover so I had a lot of fun with the opening story here. The three of them work so well together, and I am intrigued by where this story is going. Plus I’m always a bit of a sucker for a Victorian ghost train story

Okay so I’m in episode 2, this is a pretty neat format for a boxset. Not really a spoiler, especially if you’ve read the ep descriptions but…
It seems like the only stories to feature the arc, will be 1 & 4, written by Moran, while 2 & 3, written by Goss, are stories set in the past where Ace/Tegan meet River for the first time.
Ahhh not quite… the arc is prevalent in the 2nd story too! Oh I love arcs!!!
2nd story down, not as good as the first, but still intriguing.
Just started. Within the first 5 minutes River is talking about Universal Basic Income & appears to be an anti-monarchist
