Evil of the Daleks’ design had yet to be beat and I love that booming voice! Do not fight in here!

In terms of actual looking the best, Evil does have it, but I am very fond of bulbous spherehead from Remembrance

Even though I’m not a fan of The Evil of the Daleks, The Emperor from that is great. All the wires connecting them to ‘things’, and looking more protected than regular Daleks. A beast of an Emperor.

I do have a huge soft spot for the Golden Emperor and I do wish the TV show had adopted it at some point - although it was good to see it in the Daleks animated series.
