You may not know this but certain people have access to make changes directly to the site - eventually trying to move to a “wiki” style editing. But everything has moderation built in, to prevent abuse.
Well another feature I definitely plan to add is the one thing mods can’t currently do which is add a story that is missing.
This is a bit more difficult. I need to have checks in place that the story doesn’t already exist. I need mods to approve it in case someone decides to add Star Wars or something.
So it’s something I want to add but needs more planning first! Just adding this so people know it’s on the way!
This certainly sounds great - and means you have less of a workload with adding new stories and can focus on maintaining the site. But as you say, it needs to be done right so that it doesn’t turn into a mess.
New to this site, so forgive me if I’m not doing this right but I wanted to mention that several ‘TV Comic’ stories, especially the stories featured in the ‘special issues’ as the Tardis wiki labels them aren’t on the site. Correct me if this isn’t the place for mentioning new additions
The 4th Doctor ones are in the pipeline (basically I’ve been lazy finishing the spreadsheet). It’s my New Year’s Resolution to finish it.
What other strips were you referring to?
Also welcome to the forum @LizPicc - do hang around and see what we’re chatting about and feel free to pop over to Introductions and tell us a bit about yourself. Hopefully you’ll find us a friendly bunch.
At the bottom of the Tardis wikis article for the tv comics, they list all the ‘special issues’, that contain both comics and short stories:https://tardis.fandom.com/wiki/TV_Comic
Hey, we have a huge list of stuff that we are going to add to the site, it just takes time
We will eventually have everything from the Wiki on there.
There’s no need to let us know about old missing stuff. This thread is really about a feature I’m going to build which will let people add new releases to the site.
