Doctor Who: Classic just added Day of the Daleks. They must have heard you…
Since then, they’ve added The Aztecs, Time-Flight, and City of Death. They are really adding a ton of episodes over there!
America only
Fired up the VPN to have a look. Some nice episodes on there, and good quality too.
Yeah, these are all better quality then the copies I have locally.
Though, naturally, I have these locally, now, too. Of course, I’m assuming some of these are probably remastered versions of episodes I have the original of. Wouldn’t be surprised if there are differences between that version of the Happiness Patrol and the one I had, for example.
As such, keeping both until I’m sure if they are the same as my copies or not.
Not sure if I should keep posting what episodes are showing up on the Classic channel, since a lot of the site can’t access it, but this turned up…
(No, not Sapphire and Steel…)
Four to Doomsday?
While I’m still up in the air about whether to keep mentioning the Doctor Who Classics episode posts, I just had to mention this one…
Thank you for the public service announcement.
Hmmm, I’m still on Tom in my rewatch round
But seeing as the story sits there and is readily available (with a VPN, that is), I might rewatch this a bit earlier to indulge my sworn enemy @deltaandthebannermen. I mean, he is probably rewatching Heaven Sent this Christmas, and will most likely see its superiority.
So, I might rewatch this and perhaps up my rating from the current 6/10…
I lowered my rating the last time I saw it
Be careful Tiana!
Tiana sounds like a fifth-doctor companion
I have not seen that. It released in the gap between when I watch everything Disney and when my kids started to watch Disney.
Solution: show it to your kids!
Neither have I, but I understood that reference
I will. But now we are mostly watching this year’s Advent Calendar on SVT (our public service). It is a cosy story about Sami and an evil politician who wants to make a mine on their land.
I liked you better when you were your wife /hj
