Basically, someone once asked the question “What do you get when you combine anime and synth voices, and make them sing?”, and Japan was more than happy enough to oblige. There are some pretty good songs, and sometimes she even appears at concerts and Domino’s Pizza boxes in holographic form.

I’m now thinking the episode 1 gag is that the rebelling robots look up the records of their system and believe Belinda to be their rightful queen, but it’s actually one of those “get a star named after you” certificates you can get people as a gift.

Ah. Apologies ~ earlier on I hadn’t seen this “leak”, so I was confusing it with something else. Hmm. Curious and curiouser.
But also worth saying, a lot of ‘leaks’ in the past have conflated speculation with probable guesses. So some of this is quite easy to guess based on filming/what we know, to make everything else (which could be rubbish) sound plausible.
People believed this was real (and some still do) even though an artist on tumblr debunked it as them just making it and releasing it into the wild:

Posting this with blur just in case anyone clicks on the thread in error.
||Episode 1 starts with young Belinda and her boyfriend looking at the stars, as he gifts her a certificate for “Planet Belinda” - a lot of the episode is set in the Tardis.
Episode 2 features cameos from Doctor Who fans, all dressed up, watching and commenting on the Doctor and Belinda once they’re animated.
Episode 3 is a sequel to the Series 4 episode Midnight, involving the entity communicating through sign language.
Episode 4’s is about a boy who meets the Doctor and grows up to be a podcaster who is secretly an alien, using hypnosis to confuse everyone, and the episode re-establishes UNIT as a controversial organisation.
Episode 5 is about Anansi, the trickster god of stories that has been kidnapping people as a food source, and features an appearance from the Fugitive Doctor.
Episode 6 guest stars Freddie Fox as a terrorist holding the Interstellar Song Contest hostage. It ends with Mrs. Flood revealed as The Rani.
Episode 7 involves the Doctor and Belinda living different lives in the Wish World. The episode opens with flashbacks to The Rani on horseback.
Episode 8 Daleks in a cliffhanger.
The Rani is The Boss.
Omega is The One Who Waits.
