Despite any issues I have with McTighe I’m genuinely SO excited for Lucky Day. Also despite knowing sadly one of the major twists (thanks set leaks … not). I don’t think its going to be traditionally Doctor lite, since we know there’s going to be scenes with 15/Ruby set during S1 with an unseen adventure.

People speculating an auton cameo too, which has just made me think.. what if THAT is the sequel and the Midnight sequel was BS? We shall soon find out!

I’ve always loved Doctor lite stories and I’m so glad they returned, quite surprised at the hate they’ve been getting.

Ruby’s I think in at least 3/4 eps, so probs the three of them together will be the finale eps.

I disagree with Dot and Bubble being Doctor lite, he’s in a decent chunk of it even though its on a comms unit. Still I didn’t find it too much like half the internet did :sob:

The more I see Ncuti in Unleashed, and the more I realise that yes he is having the time of his life here, the more positive I feel about maybe he is gonna stay?

I dunno, I don’t want to think about it so much because I will be so upset if he only does 2 short seasons, so I am trying to have a positive mental attitude.

He does seem to have hit his stride in Season 2, and I feel as though his performance is much more confident. It’s like he’s properly ‘got’ who and what his Doctor is. I agree it’d be a shame if he’s gone so soon.

I have a feeling that this will be one of the episodes with surprises that we aren’t expecting. When RTD said a few things are still going to surprise us, I reckon this could be one of them.

Okay? I mean the set pics speak volumes, and again I wish I hadn’t seen them, didn’t look for them, but that set leaks guy went nuts with them.

No not at all, that’s from Andrews leaks. The set photos reveal a large twist in the episode, which I think IMO could really do some character damage to someone which I’ll hate. We shall see though, just it being McTighe too has me worried.

Because its meant to be the twist :sob: I think he’s going to make Kate look like a fool which worries me even more for the Spin-off. I just liked the UNIT BF spin-off and he’s likely to retcon parts of it or all of it cause its McTighe.

From what we know there’s the A plot with Ruby, Conrad & Unit, and the B plot with Ruby & 15 set during S1.

I’m not gonna read that, I want to be surprised.

I kinda don’t want any more leaks past the “leaks” I’ve seen.
